set up Pupils' Voice - Survey Pupils' Voice KS1 for Dotchin Acnemedy

got "Are you here to do the ReSURV Borough Council Pupils' Voice KS1?"

ACTION: I have changed the logged in agency name to the survey School/Agency/Service Name

Tested: Good

Which year are you in? dropdown list is yrs 3,4,5,6

Was able to make changes but would it be better if the default options were aligned to the questionnaire or made comprehensive eg yrs 1 to 6

ACTION: The cohorts now include full primary and secondary school, KS1 to KS5/6th Form, and Year 7-11

Having completed Pupils' Voice KS1 for Dotchin Acnemedy twice the completed count remains at 0

ACTION: This was down to them going to youcansay.co.uk/simple to be processed instead of youcansay.co.uk/assess on completion, it is now fixed for all questionnaires

When setting up Cohort type does not include KS1 and may not be in any order - seems to change each time
